FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  How are you able to offer VBS materials at prices cheaper than retail?  The companies that produce vacation bible school materials--like Group, Gospel Light, Standard and Concordia--offer a wholesale discount to Christian bookstores.  At DiscountVBS.com, we simply pass on savings to you.  And with our Lowest Price On-Line Guarantee, if you find it cheaper on the web simply email us the link and we'll meet that price and still send if free freight.  (Unfortunately, we are not able to off the low price guarantee on our Standard items at this time.*)

2.  Why do I keep getting sent back to my Shopping Cart when I want to Continue Shopping?  This is a glitch in our website and we do apologize.  Please use the "Back" button on the top of your web browser or use the links on the side of the page to get back to the General Catalog Page.

3.  When will my order arrive?  Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of being received.  Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post.  Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days depending on availability and distance.  We will let you know if an item on your order goes out of stock and is unable to be shipped.  Shipment status is available by request, but are not automatically sent with order confirmation.  Express shipping is available for an additional charge (also shipped through USPS).  For questions or concerns email customerservice@discountvbs.com.  Please allow enough time for delivery as we are not liable for late packages.

4.  What is your return policy?  All returns require a Return Authorization Form.  Email customerservice@discountvbs.com to receive your form.  You will receive a refund check within 30 days from when we receive your return.  DO NOT RETURN MATERIALS TO THE PUBLISHER OR ELSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT. 

We are no longer accepting returns for the 2011 season.

Have all of your unused/unopened 2012 VBS materials returned to us by September 1st, 2012 for 100% credit.  We will NOT credit any returns received on or after September 2nd, 2012.

**All returns submitted without a Return Authorization Form and found not to be in accordance with the above stated return policy becomes property of Good Stewards LLC and DiscountVBS.com.

5.  Can you tell me the exact date my backordered material will arrive?  Not usually.  The backorder date is never exact because different circumstances at the publishers prevent it from being perfect.  Backorder dates are only the best estimate we have and cannot guarantee these items will arrive within 7-10 business days.

6.  Can you ship orders to my Post Office Box?  Yes.  Order are primarily shipped USPS Parcel Post.  Be sure to provide an address that has a valid USPS address.

7.  May I cancel an order that I placed?  Yes.  If you call us immediately at (970) 214-7253, we may be able to catch the order before it has shipped.  Once the order has shipped, however, you will have to return the package back to us and it will be handled as a return.  See above.

8.  Can you bill my church or myself?  At this time we are unable to bill you or put orders on account.  By doing this we are able to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you.  You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

9.  Can I pay by mail with a check?  Yes.  Please make your check or money order out to Good Stewards LLC,  include a printout of your order and mail it to 1500 Warbler Street, Loveland, CO 80537.  Do note that we will not be able to guarantee shipping times or product availability using this method.  Along with the printout of your order, include your shipping address, contact name, phone number, and email address.  Please contact us with any further questions.

10.  What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?  If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 2 weeks of delivery.  If a product is damaged, an item is missing, or we made some other mistake with your order, email us at customerservice@discountvbs.com and we will correct the problem immediately.

11.  Why is there no sales tax on my order?  We are not required to collect sales tax from you if you are outside the state of Colorado and no sales tax will be added to your order.  Some states do require you to include the sales tax from internet purchases on your tax return.  If you are in CO and you have a tax-exempt certificate, please email us at customerservice@discountvbs.com to receive special instructions on sending us your certificate.  If you have sent us a tax-exempt certificate in the past, you do not have to send it again unless the church name, address, or exempt number has changed.

12.  Can you mail me a catalog?  Currently we do not send paper catalogs in order to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.  For additional information on products, go to our Helpful Links page.  Just be sure to come back to us for your discounted purchase.

13.  Why are only certain VBS programs offered?  We only want to offer quality programs to our customers.  The VBS experiences on this website represent, what we believe, to be the best of the best.  Quality was our concern--not quantity.
